Software that runs the whole business from one screen.

Two systems I have already built, and one idea for a feed business. In simple words: less paper, fewer phone calls, and a clear view of stock and money every day.

Peptiful many shops, one core EggFlow poultry, paper to phone Agriful both, for a feed business
Peptiful proves the model: one system, many businesses.
EggFlow proves it works for poultry in Pakistan.
Agriful puts both together for a feed mill.

Peptiful: one warehouse, many shops.

One catalog 80+ products In stock: 240
When one shop sells a unit, stock updates in every shop at once. Nobody sells what is not there.
One shared catalog
Every brand sells from the same 80+ products. Add a product once, every shop gets it.
Live stock, everywhere
Stock syncs across all shops in real time, so orders never go past what is on the shelf.
New brand live in days
Each brand gets its own shop with its own look, running on the same engine underneath.
Peptiful command center dashboard
The live Peptiful dashboard: orders, stock, and sales for a brand, in one screen.

How a brand goes live on Peptiful
A new brand goes live in three steps.
How it works underneath
1. Catalog
Every product, price, and photo lives in one place.
2. Stock
One stock count, shared by every shop, updated on every order.
3. Orders
Orders from all shops flow into one back office for packing and shipping.
4. New brands
A new brand is set up with its own shop and logins, no new system needed.

I built the backend: the catalog, stock sync, order engine, onboarding, and AI tools that manage the catalog. The lesson for a feed business: one core system can serve many dealers, each with their own front door.

One order through Peptiful.

Follow a single online order across everyone it touches. Grey is what each brand would need on its own, purple is what the shared engine does for them.

For a feed business, read Brand as dealer, Back office as your mill office, Warehouse as the mill.

EggFlow: a poultry business, from paper to phone.

One day of eggs through EggFlow.

Follow one day at the farm across the four people who run it. Grey is the paper way, purple is the app.

Same people, same day, the numbers just stop hiding.

A day at the farm.

Four people, one system. Tap a step, or let it play.

Agriful: your mill, your dealers, your farms, and the money. In one place.

An idea, not a finished product. Take the Peptiful model (one core, many front doors) and what EggFlow taught about poultry in Pakistan, and point it at a feed business.

One order, start to finish.

Follow a single feed order across everyone it touches. Each row is a person, each column is a stage. Grey is how it works today, purple is with Agriful.

Every company is a bit different. Tell me how yours works and this map changes with it.

Start small, then grow.

1. Dealer orders and live stock
Orders come in, stock stays right across every mill.
2. Know what to make
Forecast demand per product and per area.
3. Credit and collections
Every dealer's limit and dues, chased on time.
4. Farm signals
What farms actually use, flowing back to planning.
5. AI helpers
Assistants for dealers, farmers, and the team.

Which part of this hurts most today?

Ordering, stock, planning, or collections. Tell me, and I will shape the first piece around it.
